This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Mordkles may issue refunds for services purchased through our platform. By enrolling in any course or purchasing any service from Mordkles, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Course Enrollment Refunds
Refund eligibility for course enrollments depends on when the refund request is made and how much of the course content has been accessed:
- Requests made within 14 days of purchase with less than 20% of course content accessed may qualify for a full refund
- Requests made within 14 days of purchase with 20% to 40% of course content accessed may qualify for a partial refund of 50%
- Requests made after 14 days of purchase or with more than 40% of course content accessed are not eligible for refunds
- Once a course completion certificate has been issued, no refunds will be provided
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for monthly subscriptions are only provided if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if canceled within 30 days of purchase
- No refunds are provided for annual subscriptions canceled after 30 days from the initial purchase date
Bundled Packages
Special bundled packages or promotional offers may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, bundled packages are subject to the same refund conditions as individual course enrollments.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Downloadable materials, templates, or resources that have been accessed or downloaded
- One-on-one coaching or consultation sessions that have been scheduled or completed
- Live webinar or workshop attendance after the event has commenced
- Access codes or license keys that have been revealed or activated
- Services purchased at a discounted rate during promotional periods, unless otherwise stated
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, and date of purchase
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the applicable refund eligibility period
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and can take an additional 3 to 10 business days.
Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content or services, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the technical problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the standard refund period.
Content Quality Concerns
If you believe that course content does not match the description provided or contains significant errors, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your concerns and may offer a refund, course replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from completing a course. In cases of serious medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations, please contact us to discuss possible options, which may include account credit, course transfer, or extended access periods.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your access to all services and course materials
- Permanently ban your account from future purchases
- Pursue collection of any disputed amounts through appropriate channels
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to addressing all legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Partial refunds may be considered when:
- Course content has been partially accessed but significant issues are identified
- A subscription is canceled mid-cycle under special circumstances
- Technical problems affected a portion of your learning experience
- Course updates or changes significantly alter the content after your purchase
The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances and at the sole discretion of Mordkles.
Account Credits
As an alternative to monetary refunds, we may offer account credits that can be applied to future purchases. Account credits:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Can be applied to any course or service offered by Mordkles
- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Will be forfeited if not used within the validity period
Course Transfers
If a refund is not applicable but you wish to change your course selection, we may allow a one-time course transfer under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 14 days of original purchase
- Less than 20% of the original course content has been accessed
- The replacement course is of equal or lesser value
- Only one course transfer is permitted per purchase
If the replacement course is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference before access is granted.
Group or Corporate Purchases
Refunds for group enrollments or corporate purchases may be subject to different terms based on the specific agreement established at the time of purchase. Please refer to your purchase agreement or contact our corporate sales team for information regarding group purchase refunds.
Cancellation of Services by Mordkles
In the event that Mordkles cancels a course, service, or subscription for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid for the canceled service. Refunds in such cases will be processed automatically within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
